Was almost gonna pass off this movie when I saw Daniel Radcliffe was playing the lead role but I decided to watch the trailer and was pretty surprised by how creepy it was. Will be keeping an eye on this one.

Yeah, I heard it relies more on suspense and music to get the scares. Either way I think its going to be alright and the reviews are looking quite fresh so that's a good thing.

I just need to know when its coming out here? Already out in the states, UK opens on the 10th- so where does that leave us?

No date.

I would say they were waiting to see how it did in the US and UK before giving it a date. Although if they don't add it in a couple of weeks it'll likely be going straight to DVD.

That was the plan it seems, but I think the box office takings changed their mind, it's being released in cinemas on May 17.

They've announced a sequel, but I read somewhere that Radcliffe wouldn't be in it because they are changing the period.

I watched it last night. It was just okay. Had a few creepy moments, but I kinda rolled my eyes at the ending. I liked Radcliffe though, it's the first non-HP movie I've seen him in the lead and I thought he did great.

I really enjoyed this movie. It was more like an old school horror. Didn't rely on blood and guts- was good for a change. But yeah, don't be taking my blood and guts away... :D
