Looks like Spidey 4 is having the same issues as #3 - www.firstshowing.net/

In short, the studio is throwing out all of Raimi's ideas in favour of their own. They did the exact same thing with Spidey 3 and look how well that turned out.

The production has been put on hiatus, the studio won't do what Raimi wants and Raimi won't do what the studio wants. If this doesn't get sorted soon than Raimi could drop it all together and move on with his new Evil Dead and World of Warcraft. The studio will left to pick up the pieces, get a new script, new director and perhaps even a new cast.

Interesting. Has a great feel to it, but um... more similar to Raimi's than I thought it would be. How can they just start again at the same spot... and just throw in a different girl. Gen pop will be so confused.

i doubt the first person part woiuld be in the final part as well. looks great apart from the lower half of costume. love the cast.
the part of peters parent has me most excited cuz of there history in both the standard and ultimate universes.

Word from the comic con footage is that he's much more of a cocky wise ass making quips all the time.

And the film seems to be more about what if this really happened to a teenager in high school.

Sounding pretty awesome, the quips sound hilarious, I can't wait to see some more footage.

Easily my most anticipated film, screw The Dark Knight Rises, this is going to be fresh, whereas Batmans gonna be the same thing as the last two films. Very dark with people turning every sentence into a quotable speech.

I want to laugh!
