If anyone here has read the comics, you will know that this show will be a massive hit.

Oh crap, my bad. Had no idea obviously. I'd better get stuck into this 1000page comic....kinda weird how it doesn't have any page numbers at all!! :E

Btw, are the original comics in black and white or color? This compendium is all black and white.

Yes, they are all in black and white.

After the compendium, it's best just to buy the books.

There's 6 comics in a volume, 2 volumes in a book, and 4 books in a compendium.

Compendium, then

Or don't buy those two volumes and wait for book 7.

Then after book 7/volume 14, there's only one issue (85), and it's still continuing monthly.

Rick had this huge revelation in issue 85, and it really kind of felt like the first 85 issues had only just been the beginning :P

I liked season 1 but got a little concerned about season 2 when I heard that Darabont would no longer be involved, however that trailer is definately pretty intriguing. Also why is this in movies?
